This policy describes how psh90525, an independent solo business ("we"), handles information in the DeskFit mobile application ("DeskFit").

Legal bases
Where applicable, optional analytics rely on your consent. Purchase and entitlement processing is necessary to provide a subscription you request. Support, fraud prevention, security, and compliance rely on our legitimate interests or legal obligations. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting the app's core free experience.
Service providers and international transfers
DeskFit uses Apple or Google for store distribution and payments, Google Firebase for opted-in analytics, and RevenueCat for subscription status. These providers process information under their own terms and may process it in countries outside yours using lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards. We do not allow these providers to use DeskFit data for our advertising.
Retention
Local plan and progress data remain until you delete them or uninstall DeskFit. Firebase Analytics retention is configured to the shortest practical event-data period available to us. Store and purchase providers retain transaction records as required for subscriptions, fraud prevention, accounting, and law. Support records are deleted when no longer reasonably needed, except where retention is legally required.
Your choices and rights
You can use the free app without analytics, change analytics consent, cancel reminders, delete local app data, and manage subscriptions through your app store. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and may complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need limited information to verify a request. Because local progress is not sent to us, only you can delete it on your device.
Children
DeskFit is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and changes
We use data minimization, platform security controls, encrypted network transport, restricted provider access, and dependency review. No system is completely secure. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated in the app.
