These terms govern your use of DeskFit, operated by psh90525, an independent solo business. By using DeskFit, you agree to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.
Fitness and safety
DeskFit provides general educational movement guidance for generally healthy adults. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or guaranteed results. You are responsible for choosing a clear space, stable support, and a comfortable range. Stop for pain, dizziness, numbness, breathing difficulty, or unusual symptoms. Consult a qualified professional if you have an injury, health condition, recent surgery, pregnancy-related concern, or uncertainty about suitability.
Free and Premium features
The free path remains available as described in the app. DeskFit Premium unlocks the paid features shown before purchase. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove access already required to honor an active subscription without providing a reasonable alternative or remedy.
Subscriptions
- The exact product name, price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal date shown by Apple or Google before confirmation control your purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through your app store before the renewal deadline shown there.
- Trial eligibility is determined by the store. If a trial applies, billing begins after it ends unless you cancel in time.
- Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store's rules. Restore Purchases can recover eligible access.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, resell, or use DeskFit unlawfully. DeskFit's original software, visual design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your statutory rights and app-store license rights are not limited by this paragraph.
Availability and liability
DeskFit is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular fitness outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
Store terms, changes, and contact
On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Google Play terms apply to Android distribution and billing. We may update these terms prospectively and will post the effective date.
